Biography
This talented young professional harpist works in both Italy and the UK and is available for weddings and private functions.
She has performed as a solo performer and chamber musician in prestigious halls such as: Queen Elizabeth Hall, Old Royal Naval College Chapel, Blackheath Hall, Southwark Cathedral, Regent Hall, St. Alfege in London, Piccolo Teatro Regio (Torino), Teatro Malibran (Venezia), Auditorium Pollini (Padova), Auditorium san Barnaba (Brescia) in Italy.
In 2008 she has won the first prize as a solo harpist at XXIII International Competition Giovani Talenti "Citta di san Bartolomeo al mare" (IM) in Italy and in 2009 she had been awarded with a special scholarship by Rotary Club-Associazione Soldano for the best students in Brescia Conservatoire. She always gained prizes when playing in National and International Chamber Music Contests, especially with her duo Synchordia (violin and harp) with Catalina Spataru. With this duo she had also attended one year course at the International School of "Trio di Trieste" in the class of "Trio di Parma". She is also a member of the London International Quintet since 2010.
She usually performs with orchestras in the UK and in Italy, such as: Orchestra delle Venezie, conducted by Giovanni Angeleri (in which she is a member from 2009), Orchestra Filarmonia Veneta, Accademia del Concerto, New Art Symphonic Orchestra, Marylebone Camerata, London Gala Orchestra, Blackheath Orchestra, West London Symphonia.
She did her Italian harp diploma with full marks with Anna Loro at Brescia Conservatoire. She is now attending the second year of a master course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, with Gabriella Dall'Olio and for 2011 she has been awarded with a Trinity Laban Scholarship. She attended many harp masterclasses and summer courses with Elizabeth Fontan-Binoche, Letizia Belmondo, David Watkins, Lucy Wakeford, Fabrice Pierre, Sylvain Blassel, Sioned Williams, Francesca Tirale amongst the others.
